By now, Steens Beheer dates back to 48 years. We have deliberately chosen to let the company grow in quality rather than in quantity. We believe that third-party real estate is generally better managed if real attention is paid to it from a smaller organization.

In our office, commercial management is more or less a catch-all term. Where many people think that achieving commercial success in the short term covers the content, we think that being really commercially active and achieving the goals should be decisive in the long run. That certainly applies to our field of expertise.

With mutations you will receive full advice from us, including Energy Performance Advice (housing), refurbishment or renovation options, including investment amounts, rental or sales suggestions, et cetera.
